Horse riding courses - Holidays in the saddle
To all children who love horseback riding and would like to hone their skills, we offer intensive holiday horse riding camps at the Horse Riding Centre.
To all interested in intensive horse riding lessons, we offer one- or two-week courses. Every participant of the course is given a horse ideally matching their skills. Systematic trainings (about 4 hours in the saddle), theory lessons, horse care classes and basic bareback riding exercises bring great results in a short time.
Classes are conducted in groups, on all levels.
- Beginner riders learn to keep their balance and relax during walking and trotting, proper use of basic equestrian aids (calves, mounting, reins). They take their first steps in gallop riding.
- Medium-advanced riders improve their balance in walking and trotting, learn to gallop. They practise their first jumps over obstacles.
- Advanced riders improve their balance in all gaits. They learn jumping over terrain obstacles and in the outdoor course.
One-week courses end with competitions in jumping over obstacles and two-week courses with competitions in an all-round saddle horse competition (WKKW).
Organisation of courses during summer and winter holidays.
Courses are conducted on the dates presented in the Horse Riding Centre’s offer. They begin on Sundays, at 2 p.m., with an organisational meeting of all participants of a course and end on Saturdays, at 10 a.m. (after 1 or 2 weeks), with horse riding shows of all groups. Required equipment: a sleeping bag or a bed linen set (covers), a towel, a toque, appropriate riding boots and trousers, a rain cape.
Application to a course is done by sending in a filled out application form with a medical examination certificate; advance payment of 50% of the course fee is required. Keeping in mind the formation of groups of people on similar levels, please send your applications at adequate notice.
